ABOUT the Speaker
Mr. Wee Chin Chuan has more than 15 years’ experience in business and project finance. He has provided consultancy services to private & public-listed companies in the areas such as corporate strategy, restructuring, financing, cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Wee has led many financing and merger & acquisition transactions across many industries viz oil and gas, engineering, hospitality and leisure, food and beverage, construction, healthcare and wellness, warehousing and logistics, education services, information technology, media and telecommunications.
He holds an MBA in International Finance from the Imperial College of London Business School. He graduated with Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (First-Class Honours) from National University of Singapore.
